Set a course for the creepies, Itch-Factor Nine!
It would have been a great feature for Halloween, but here it is today. (Suggested by ~T-880 and Featured by `hesitation)

Usually I hate spiders, but this is stunning! :-D
Thank you very much for the compliment! It's always nice when someone is able to appreciate something they don't normally like because if how it's presented.
So neat! I've never seen up close see-through baby spiders! I like how the mama spider is in the backround....does she have dinner there or is it more baby spiders? :)

How could I see the future if it didn't already exist?
Thanks! They are definately translucent when backlit, which I didn't know until I got up close. The mom has another batch brewing back there. You can see her meals in other recent gallery additions I've made. She's very hungry!
Oh that's amazing. I love your shots. The spiders most of all. I love the colour the pic is and the detail. It's beautiful. And the hatching of spiders. GREAT subject. I love it! Have to fav this as well! ^^
Thanks! The spiders are sort of new to me, so I'm glad you like them. I figure this sort of works in the whole cycle of birth, life and death. The spiders are integral to that since they are responsible for so many of my subjects. Might as well give them their due.
. . . . !!!

This is incredible. How lucky of you to have caught this moment when the spiders were hatching! And such a brilliant angle, and the lighting and colors.. wow. I really hope you offer prints for this series, I don't know if I could afford as many as I'd want, but they would definitely be something I'd save up for!
Wow, this is like my worst nightmare. I'm just learning about macro photography. This is breathtaking.
